During this initial period, orders typically have not yet entered the processing phase,
making cancellation possible.

Orders Already in Processing
After the 12-hour window, your order may already be:
- Processed
- Packed
- Preparing for shipment
- Shipped or transferred to the courier

Once your order has reached any of these stages, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
