We want you to be happy with your Lara London purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
How returns work
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To start, email us at support@lara-london.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with the next steps within 1-2 business days, including the return address and any specific instructions.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@lara-london.shop with photos and your order number. We will arrange a resolution at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions
Final sale items, items marked non-returnable, and items damaged due to wear are not eligible for return.
Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, are not affected by this policy.
